The Appoquinimink Community Library has been an integral part of the Middletown area for over 50 years.

Bear Library opened in 1998 and immediately became the busiest library in the state of Delaware. 

Brandywine Hundred Library is a 40,000-square-foot facility nestled in Talley Day Park.

Founded in 2013, the Claymont Library opened a beautiful new state-of-the-art facility.

They have nine computers and a meeting room available for public use, as well as a collection of over 24,000 items available for checkout.

Thanks to the Dolly Parton Imagination Library, kids ages 0-5 will receive a book in the mail every month for FREE!

Elsmere Library is located in the heart of the community, sharing space with the City of Elsmere and the Elsmere Senior Center.

Kirkwood Library has been serving the community since 1968. The newly constructed library opened to the public in August 2009.
