From 2 AM nursing sessions to baby lap music, after-school clubs to preschool yoga, and crafts to countless afternoons of books, LEGO bricks, and discovery, the library is one of the things I've utilized the most since becoming a parent.
Libraries can feel like a lifeline when you're in the thick of it, and realize you're in the same boat as many parents. It's a refuge where you can learn a new skill or get lost in a book for hours, uninterrupted. It offers endless ways to bond with your child and entertain the whole family. New Castle County residents are lucky to share a home with many innovative libraries hosting various classes, programming, and facilities.
