Open Streets is a shared front yard, a mobile Central Park, a place for neighbors to connect. Open Streets Wilmington takes place once a month, closing busy streets to motor vehicles and transforming them into safe spaces for people of all ages and abilities to get outside and play. 

Activities:

• Free Bike Repairs w/ Urban Bike Project - Visit the repair stand for help from friendly mechanics with repairs and tune-ups, free of charge!
• Free Bike Rentals w/ Urban Bike Project: Enjoy a free ride! Rentals are for 30 minutes.
• Fitness Challenge w/ CoreTen Fitness: Fitness demos and outdoor workouts for all ages
• Tennis in the Streets w/ Rodney Street Tennis & Tutoring: Plus information and program enrollment.
• Ms. April’s Paint Party: Kids paint their own canvas for free! All supplies provided
• Photobooth w/ B4 Your Eyes: Selfie photobooth with fun props! Free digital photos.
• Voter Registration w/ League of Women Voters
• Opioid Safety w/ Project Totem, Aquila of DE: Educational materials and Naxolone giveaways
