What is KidStrong?
KidStrong is Athletic Play that builds confidence, character, and family connection. Their weekly, 45-minute classes are packed with science-based fitness games led by highly trained, kid-focused coaches. Games are designed by experts to teach kids to believe in themselves through whole child development.
Here’s what you can expect:
- Structured classes with strategic, science-based movements that build physical skills like agility, strength and speed. Think of it as sneaky exercise—your kids won’t even realize they’re working out!
- FUN, fast-paced challenges that give kids a chance to practice emotional regulation, critical thinking and teamwork. (Before you ask, no, they can’t guarantee your kid won’t leave class with superpowers).
- Compassionate coaches that are specially trained to build a supportive relationship with each kid so they feel safe to try new things and keep going when things get tough. Yep, they’re part coach, part superhero. No, we won’t tell you where we get them.
